REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Unless otherwise specified below, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date when accompanied by this sales slip. The item must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all the warranty cards and explanation booklets intact.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We regret that special orders are not returnable, and that no refund or exchange can be made. All special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit. A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone, watch, or gift item ordered or altered at the client’s request.

CUSTOM WORK

Custom designed jewelry involves metal, gems, and labor furnished by Smith’s Jewelers for a specific client. As such, all custom jewelry is nonrefundable, and requires a 25% nonrefundable deposit before the work begins. Evert effort is made by Smith’s Jewelers to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction. Minor adjustments, such as ring sizes or texturing, will gladly be made by Smith’s Jewelers to accommodate the wearer at either a model fee or at no charge depending on the extent of the work involved.

To start a return, you can contact us at Accounts@smithsonthesquare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
