SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING
Online orders are processed and/or shipped Tuesday - Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday - Monday or National Holidays.
Orders placed within this timeframe will be processed and/or shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Tuesday-Saturday (excluding National Holidays) will be processed on the following business day. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified by our client service team within 24 hours of your online purchase.
Your item(s) will be individually packaged in our custom Smiths on the Square box along with protective wrapping to maintain the integrity of the pieces. A purchase receipt that reflects the details of your order will be enclosed inside of your package.
SHIPPING
All packages are shipped through trackable delivery services. At this time, Smith's on the Square does not fulfill orders outside of the continental United States. Signature confirmation will be required on all packages.
If the item is in stock please allow 2 days for processing. Items not in stock, or special orders, may take up to 6 weeks.
Once your package is shipped, you will be notified via email with your package(s) information including the tracking number.
